How long does the featured banner run?+

Your banner is displayed on every page of Hackathon France for 7 days from the date it goes live.

Can I provide my own banner design?+

Absolutely. You can provide your own banner image (recommended size 728x90 or wider) or we can create one for you at no extra cost. Just send us your logo, colours, and key details.

What is the refund policy?+

If your banner has not gone live yet, we offer a full refund. Once the banner is live, refunds are not available as the service has been delivered.
